Do I need to change my theme or write code?
No. SayPick installs as a Shopify app embed — you turn it on in the theme editor with one toggle. There's nothing to edit in your theme's code.
Will it make up products or prices?
No. SayPick answers from your live Shopify catalog — real titles, prices, and availability. If something isn't in your store, it won't invent it.
What about my shoppers' privacy?
The microphone is opt-in — shoppers explicitly agree before it ever turns on. Voice audio is processed in real time to understand and reply, and isn't stored. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
How do I know it's actually driving sales?
Every voice-assisted checkout is attributed back to the conversation that drove it. Your dashboard shows conversations, assisted add-to-carts, and attributed revenue for the last 30 days.
How is it billed?
